Tendulkar along with Zaheer Khan, Rohit Sharma, Munaf Patel, Irfan and Yusuf Pathan boarded a Mumbai flight at 6 pm, around 45 minutes after Virender Sehwag and Gautam Gambhir left for Delhi at 5.15 pm.
Bowling and fielding coaches Venkatesh Prasad and Robin Singh also left the city.
The Indian team was next scheduled to play its sixth match in Guwahati on Saturday while the seventh and final ODI was slated to be played in Delhi under floodlights. India were leading the series 5-0.
