Sachin Tendulkar's wife Anjali today said he will not stay a "minute longer" when he is not enjoying the game.
"I can be hundred per cent sure that Sachin will not play for a minute longer when he is not enjoying himself. He is still so eager to go out there and play. He will play as long as he feels he can play," Anjali told reporters in Mumbai.
She also rubbished the speculation that the 'Fab 5' are under pressure from the BCCI for their retirement.
"So far there has been nothing from the Board's side... nobody is telling anyone that you have to retire. I think people respect these guys enough." Recalling the feeling of the historic moment today, Anjali insisted that she was never excited although was a bit tensed. "It was as usual stressful. I was watching all alone, the kids were in school," she said adding their son Arjun was more worried about his written test in Taekwando.
"I was siting in one place and had full concentration on the match.
"Only after he achieves whatever he achieves, it all sinks in and then I felt great," an elated Anjali said.
However, she insisted that Sachin is such kind of cricketer, who never play for records, but only to enjoy the game.
